My specialty is studying the evolution of neoplastic cells in carcinogenesis. We have mainly done this work in Barrett's Esophagus, a pre-malignant condition that can progress to esophageal adenocarcinoma. I have a background in evolutionary biology, computational biology and cancer biology.
